Abel Tasman Kayaks
Abel Tasman Kayaks and Ocean River pioneered kayak trips on the Abel Tasman Coast in 1986.
We offer a great range of guided day trips. You could visit the offshore islands and try kayak sailing, check out secluded bush-fringed lagoons, watch playful seal pups in the Marine Reserve or paddle some of the more challenging headlands.
Combine the two of these day trips with a night onboard a houseboat in the middle of the Park for a unique 2-day experience.
If you want to camp under the stars then choose our 3-day Classic Tour, which lets you see and do it all! Experienced in the outdoors already? We offer kayaks for hire as well, and all the instruction and quality equipment needed for a safe and enjoyable trip in the Park.
